One of the problems that was identified at the last road meeting was that the bids obtained didn’t compare “apples to apples.” It was determined that we needed to come up with a way to make the bids more comparable in their scope of work so that we could compare them and decide on one.
Jim Buehring came up with this “bid template” that he would like the contractors to complete so that we could accomplish this. We are inviting your comments and suggestions on this “bid template” before we submit it to the contractors.
Please enter any and all comments and suggestions below.

I like it, seems comprehensive; add an area at bottom for NOTES by contractor, and have them attach a reference page, with at least 2 refs. and other Statements of Qualifications as a ‘city’ RFG/RFP [request for qualifications/proposals] would require.
* Nice work and let’s see what develops!

Please see comment I left under the Sept 16 meeting post.
We have an offer for 2 households (neither of which live on Mitchell) to underwrite the cost of grading Mitchell, if others will pay for the aggregate…about $40 per parcel along Mitchell. Now we have another person who does not live on Mitchell pledging to put up $40.
Come on, Mitchell residents, step up to the plate, before the people change their mind, and we lose out on a great offer! Who will pledge $40? We can schedule the grading as soon as we get enough pledges to cover the aggregate costs.
